Fun, funny, very hot!

I was in the mood for sexy and wild erotica and stumbled upon this collection of nine stories. What surprised me wasn't how hot the stories are; I'd read books by Natalie Deschain and she certainly knows how to get my motor going. No, what really blew me away was how wild and crazy the stories became. It's the furry fetish meets paranormal fantasy. You have stuffed animals and mascots and childhood favorites getting it on in the most insane way possible. If you can accept this premise like I did, you'll have a great GREAT time. Natalie Deschain definitely get points for originality!

Hilarious? Yeah! HOT? Definitely!

Natalie Deschain's a favorite go-to of mine when I'm in the mood for pure raunchy heat, and this boxed set delivers that in droves! Where else can you find brats getting it on with stuffed animals and more? These stories are all super sexy, wild, and pretty funny at times. Definitely unique.

If you've ever wondered how hot a teddy and other toys can be in bed, pick this up and indulge your forbidden wisdom. Don't listen to me. Just dooo it!

To stuff or not to stuff...

I purchased the "Triple Stuffed" book (Stories Taken by the Toys I, II and III) of this series some time ago but never commented on it. I have to highly commend Natalie Deschain with the originality of this series. It's like Toy Story for adults, and far more fun, however, I was disappointed that the plush animals or inflatable pool toys basically transformed into a human with minor attributes of the original animal/toy. As an example, instead of a plush bull becoming an animated plush toy with a libido, Deschain's transformed toy would end up being a 6' tall, bull headed Minotaur with the human body of Fabio. That is the same for the pool toys. Although I know being plush toys makes their interactions challenging to write about, but in my opinion I would have preferred to see the plush animals appear more like Ted (from the movie of the same name). Other authors (such as Clea Kinderton's "Plushie: An Erotic Romp") were very successful in writing a story with a plush toy animated with magic. Otherwise, the three stories in the "Triple Stuffed" were great for monster erotica (with good and often humorous dialog and well described sex), but not quite on the money for plushy/inflatable sex.

About the Author

Mr Neil Borley trained at Guy's Hospital Medical School, Cambridge, Canterbury and Oxford. He is a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon with an interest in the education and training of undergraduate and postgraduate students of basic sciences and surgery. He is also an examiner in surgery.
Mr Christopher Callaghan qualified in medicine from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and did his basic surgical training in Cambridge, UK. After completing his PhD in transplantation immunology at the University of Cambridge he was appointed as a Specialist Registrar in General Surgery in East Anglia and as a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Surgery, University of Cambridge. He has interests in transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery.

If you are an experimentalist who deals with electronics, and these days most do, then phase locked loops are one of these topics that you'll have to understand. Often, so that you can use PLL, rather than designing them from scratch. So Brennan's book might prove useful in getting you up to speed on the key concepts. Like how to get a stable signal, and how to minimise noise.

But he also puts in considerably more detail than that. Directed at the electrical engineer who will have to design a PLL from first principles. The maths and circuit theory here is a little more involved.

Incredible tool for relaxation, energy restoring and de-stressing

I cannot praise this book enough. I have a quite demandig job that often leaves me exhausted by the end of the day. There are days I come home with breathing difficulties, hurting eyes from sitting in front of the computer, headache, and tension in my whole body.

I am so grateful for this book! The author says she was inspired to write this book after a person close to her died, and when she had insomnia.I believe she put her heart into it, because the book is really fantastic.

I use it every day, and it covers the most important issues related to stress that you may have problem with.
I use the basic routine with chosen 4-5 poses every day right after work. Sometimes, as today, I felt my breath was a little bit disrupted, and I did some poses from the routine for difficulties in breathing. It really worked miracles!
I got rid of this heavy feeling in my chest, my eyes don't hurt anymore and energy level is so much higher, just after about 20 minutes!

The poses are thoroughly explained and the pictures show the poses. You don't need a lot of props, but you should have basic ones like yoga bolster or strap. Although, Judith has som alternative ideas if you don't have them.

The only drawback is that some pages fell out quite soon after I started using the book. But this is the publisher's fault, so it is still 5 stars, and I would give 10 if I could! This book helps me to mantain mental balance and renew my body every day. Thank you Judith...

I cannot praise this enough!

I and many of my friends are aging, and have various disabilities, including CFIDS/CFS/ME and, in one case, PPS. This is about the only yoga book I use now! I think Judith Lasater may have invented "relaxation yoga"; if not, then she certainly put out the best book for it.

She is extremely detailed about use of props (and how to make your own), how to safely get into the position; what to pay attention to, how to breathe while in the position, how to vary it for various needs, and the length of time to spend in it; and how to get safely out of the position. She puts the asanas together in various workouts (which I tend to ignore), and notes which ones are key and can be used on their own as a relaxation yoga session (which I appreciate!).

The whole book can be viewed as relaxation poses, for those who want something more than corpse pose! I HIGHLY recommend this to friends and relatives, especially those who cannot handle the type of exercise (yoga or otherwise) that they used to.

I don't recommend this book via kindle. You can't see the diagrams or photos well enough. Not my favorite book - too much information! Less is more sometimes.

A Petite Package of Pessimism

Somebody needs to leave a review of this book, even if it means breaking the pessimism that zero reviews implies.

This is quite a short book—it just took me about an hour and a half to read through it at a leisurely pace. The text structure is as if Mr. Thacker compiled notes of pessimism he jotted down while he rode the train to work. Instead of providing an exegesis on fundamental pessimism, this book(let?) contains the musings of a pessimist. If you're looking for mind-numbing philosophical profundity, this may not be the book for you. If, however, you're a pessimist interested in the perspective of another pessimist, buy this book.

If you've read Nicolas Chamfort and/or Arthur Schopenhauer and/or Giacomo Leopardi and/or E. M. Cioran, this little book will be just like chewing a gum ball of pessimism until the flavor runs outs. I'd call the content Pessimism Light.

The author's writing here is often poetical, as if he were Anais Nin trying to evoke H. P. Lovecraft's imagery of graves and gloom. Lyrical and overtly eloquent, the writing lacks the gravitas and austerity of more deep-seated, experienced pessimists, and almost none of the author's own epigrams or aphorisms work or ring true. Still, it serves well as an easy introduction to the serious subject of pessimism with a capital P.

Many other authors, besides those mentioned in the first sentence of this review, are mentioned or discussed to one degree or another in this tiny book, and that feature makes for another positive aspect of the book. The author admits to being a bibliomaniac, which is just fine with me. As a consequence, the author gave me another (minor) author of pessimism to read and enjoy: Edgar Saltus. The reason other more famous pessimists do not extol yet other pessimists in their own writings may be due to the fact that these men are not bibliomaniacs, just bibliophiles.

If you have some acquaintance with Nietzsche and his appreciation of Schopenhauer, then Eugene Thacker's little work, particularly towards the last few pages, will peak your interest.

This work, as a whole, offers nothing earth-shaking or ground-breaking (and he got Schopenhauer's death all wrong. Schopenhauer did not die in his sleep, as the author said. He was sitting upright on the sofa fully dressed when he died). But only Schopenhauer, Leopardi, and Cioran are capable of such mind-bending feats.
