Helpful and Humble

'Celebrity Psychic' books can seem lofty to those wanting to pursue their own development. Do you want a book that will impress you? Or a book that will help you? Both have their place. The helpful books can be harder to find, though.
This book is written with so little ego that it's sincerity shines. It is an extraordinarily practical summary of technique. It is also a reassuring reach-out to 'reluctant psychics' who are encountering their own doubts.
Extraordinary value, even if it were twice the price! Glad I purchased it. (Also useful as a basic reference book).

A Treasure to Anyone seeking a friend on the journey into the Spiritual world.

Until reading this book, I had never found a resource about spiritual gifts/abilities that provided so much accessibility and true inspiration to bravely face that quiet part of ourselves and our lives that society so rarely addresses. This is beyond a manual. For me, this was like finally finding a friend that "gets it," not only encouraging the reader to believe in him/herself but reaffirming much of that internal self that so many of us learn to doubt early on in childhood. This book re-awakens what the world had taught us to suppress, offering invaluable guidance through a topic so few are willing to tackle head on.

This is a must read for anyone who has started down his/her own psychic path. Lorraine mixes humor and her own experiences in a focused yet calming way. I highly recommend this book as a tool to help guide you down you own psychic path. I know I will be remembering her words as I skip down my own path!
